2. 优先考虑有牧会经验。
3. 具备良好的英语讲道， 教导和沟通能力。
4. 忠心传基督福音，关怀会众的属灵和生活需求， 致力于培养门徒， 推动属灵成长。
5. 须为美国公民，或拥有美国永久居留权（绿卡）。
6. 认同本教会信仰，被神呼召， 有牧养羊群的使命感。

Basic Requirements:

1. Possess a degree in Divinity or Theology, or have been duly ordained as a Reverend.
2. Prior pastoral experience is preferred.
3. With strong preaching, teaching, and communication skills in English.
4. Faithful in proclaiming the Gospel of Christ, caring for the spiritual and daily needs of the congregation, committed to disciple-making, and fostering spiritual growth.
5. Must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (green card holder).
6. In agreement with the Faith Statement of this church, clearly called by God, and committed to the mission of shepherding the flock.
